The massage started with relaxation and breathing exercise which helps to calm the nerves. Then Monya will proceed with the massage which leaves you feeling revitalized and relaxed. She asks if it the correct pressure and which areas need more attention. This was a great experience and I will return as my lower back feels a million tomes better after the visit.
